The Cleveland Cavaliers were not able to overpower the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday night, falling 132-123 to the team in a wild double-overtime game.
But even though the Cavaliers lost, every player on the team was trying as hard as possible to secure a win.
Caris LeVert was one of them with his 14 points, 7 rebounds, 15 assists, 2 steals, and 2 blocks off the bench.
Cavs Notes on Twitter highlighted the fact that LeVert tied the Cavaliers record for the most assists off the bench, matching a total set by Bobby Washington back in 1971.
LeVert also became the first NBA player since blocks and steals became official stats to record at least 14 points, 15 assists, 7 rebounds, 2 steals, and 2 blocks off the bench in a single game.

It was a great game for LeVert and a few other Cavaliers players, but it just wasn’t enough.
Evan Mobley led the team with 25 points and 13 rebounds, while Darius Garland produced 23 points and 5 assists.
Donovan Mitchell and Isaac Okoro also contributed a lot, but the Bulls repeatedly responded with strong showings from DeMar DeRozan, Nikola Vucevic, Ayo Dosunmu, and others.
LeVert has had a fantastic season so far, averaging 14.1 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 4.7 assists per game.
Because of a number of injuries that have plagued the team all season long, LeVert has been given bigger responsibilities and has proven himself even more to head coach J.B. Bickerstaff.
The Cavaliers have now lost three of their last five games and will next face the Detroit Pistons on Friday night.
After weeks of doing incredibly well, the team has hit a bit of a rough patch, but how much longer will it last?
In the days ahead, fans are hoping LeVert continues playing like this and the rest of the team performs very well too.
