The Cleveland Cavaliers have emerged as one of the best teams in the NBA over the last few weeks.
They have barely lost any games and were on a nine-game winning streak before their recent defeat at the hands of the Philadelphia 76ers.
While the Cavs remain 9-1 in their last 10 games, many are worried that this defeat will kill the team’s momentum for the rest of the season.
After all, as great as winning streaks are, teams can sometimes get stuck in a losing streak right after the conclusion of winning many games.
Well, three-time Super Bowl champion Je’Rod Cherry doesn’t believe that the Cavaliers’ hot streak in the NBA is over, as revealed via ESPN Cleveland on Twitter.
“I certainly don’t think this is the end of the hot streak,” Cherry said.
Despite the loss last night, @JRCherry3 doesn't see this Cavs hot streak coming to an end anytime soon…

Cherry pointed out that even in their defeat at the hands of the 76ers, it was a close game until the very end.
After all, the Cavs suffered a 123-121 defeat, and they could have easily turned things around at any given point in the game.
Keeping that in mind, the Cavaliers may be firing on all cylinders during their next matchup against the Chicago Bulls.
This will be their final game before the NBA All-Star Weekend.
Every player on the roster will get some much-needed rest during the All-Star Weekend and it will help them in targeting the remainder of the season with rejuvenated confidence.
The Cavaliers are currently the second seed in the Eastern Conference, and they have a solid 35-17 record.
