The Cleveland Cavaliers continue to perform as one of the top teams in the NBA.
They got out to a hot start at the beginning of the year and haven’t looked back.
Having a 31-4 record, which is the best in the league, is something Cavaliers fans didn’t expect from this team heading into the year, but it’s been a welcomed surprise.
Their 10-game win streak will be challenged on Wednesday night, as the Cavaliers take on the red-hot Oklahoma City Thunder, who are riding a 15-game win streak and a 30-5 record.
Rafa Hernandez-Brito broke down this matchup in a recent segment of “Full Court Cleveland,” outlining what he believes are the keys to the game for the Cavaliers.
“I’m hoping we come out and shoot as well as we have been doing, not only from the field, but also from long distance. Try to get Oklahoma to match us. We already saw what happens to Oklahoma when they try to match the long game,” Hernandez-Brito said.

As Hernandez-Brito mentioned, one of the best ways for the Cavaliers to win this game is through the three-point shot.
If they are effective from range, the Thunder will be forced to pull up from distance as well, which isn’t necessarily their strong suit as a team.
This has been a key to the Cavaliers’ success all season, which is identifying their opponent’s weaknesses and trying to exploit them.
If they can make this happen against the Thunder, they should feel great about their chances against any opponent throughout the year seeing how well the Thunder have performed all season.
