The Cleveland Cavaliers just suffered their second loss of the season.
Kenny Atkinson’s team looked poised for another easy win.
They were double-digit favorites vs. the slumping Atlanta Hawks, and they were even up by 19 points early in the game.
They wound up losing by 11 points, with Trae Young handing out 22 assists and everybody making shots on them.
The fans weren’t particularly thrilled with the outcome of the game.

Atlanta is such a trash team yet somehow owns Cleveland the last few years. Bottom of the barrel shooting team getting lucky threes all night.

There’s no reason to panic after this loss.
Granted, it was a bad loss against a not-so-good team, but this happens.
The NBA features nothing but the creme of the crop, and anybody can beat anybody.
It’s never good to play down to your opposition’s level, and the Cavaliers could’ve and should’ve won that game, but that’s just the way it goes in the league at times.
The team will most likely watch and burn the tape afterward, as it was far from their usual defensive effort.
No team goes undefeated, and bad losses will happen along the way.
What matters now is that the team bounces back from this loss.
They need to show pride and respond like great teams do, and that might mean terrible news for their next opponent, which also happens to be the Hawks, this time for the NBA Emirates Cup.
