The Cleveland Cavaliers are entering the All-Star Break with a 44-10 record, keeping them atop the Eastern Conference heading into the back half of the season.
Fans have enjoyed this iteration of the Cavaliers, a team that looks a lot different than they have in years past, finding new ways to win.
While they didn’t come into the season with the name recognition of other teams across the league or a lot of superstar firepower, many Cavaliers players are getting their time in the spotlight.
Players like Jarrett Allen, Evan Mobley, Max Strus, and so many others, are getting more recognition at a national level due to what this team can accomplish on a nightly basis.
Their record is one thing, but they’re winning games in a dominant way, which Cavs Notes highlighted on X.
As this account pointed out, the Cavaliers have already scored 130+ points in 15 games this season, which is three times their previous record that the team achieved in 2016-2017 and 2017-2018.
With 131 PTS scored tonight, the @cavs now have a franchise single season record 15 games of 130+ PTS this season, tripling the previous record (5 games of 130+ PTS in 2016-17 & 2017-18).#LetEmKnow

This team is not only overachieving the numbers that LeBron James’ teams were putting up, but they’re doing so at a historic rate.
The Cavaliers’ offensive production is something to behold, and if they keep this up, they’ll be difficult to stop down the stretch.
Cleveland doesn’t necessarily have to rely on one or two players every night because they are so deep, which helps make this team that much better.
Donovan Mitchell and Darius Garland might have been the two superstars of the team heading into the year, but they’re now two of several players on this team who contribute every night.
