The injury situation has been better for the Cleveland Cavaliers this season but they haven’t been without their frustrating physical problems.
Now comes word of one of their most crucial players being hurt.
On Tuesday morning, the Cavaliers announced that Dean Wade has been diagnosed with a right knee bone bruise and will be re-evaluated in approximately two weeks.

Wade suffered his injury during the third quarter of the Cavaliers’ game against the Philadelphia 76ers on January 24.
He joins both Caris LeVert and Isaac Okoro, who have not played since January 18.
The Cavaliers recently saw the return of Evan Mobley, who had missed several games because of a calf injury.
Wade has been very helpful for Cleveland this year, averaging 6.0 points and 5.1 rebounds per game, shooting 40.8 percent from the field and 34.9 percent from the three-point line.
The team has gone 21-5 with him as a starter and 9-0 when he’s come off the bench.
The Cavaliers will obviously miss Wade while he is absent and they hope he will be back soon.
Fans are nervous because they remember last season when injuries ran up and down the roster and decimated the team for weeks.
They are fearful that the same thing could happen this year and hold the Cavaliers back from having a great playoff run after such a strong season.
Max Strus, who overcame his own injuries earlier this season, will pick up the slack with Wade out of the lineup and will take a spot in the starting lineup.
Hopefully, Wade will be back soon and this is the end of injuries for the Cavs.
