The Cleveland Cavaliers are now facing a tough situation.
Their season is hanging by a thread, and they must get back in the win column.
With that in mind, team owner Dan Gilbert took to social media to share an encouraging message after another heartbreaking setback:
“Cavs fans. But this series is not over. It all comes down to Game 3 on Friday night. We win Game 3 and take it from there. Keep your heads up and the energy high. #Believeland,” he wrote.

Game 2 will haunt the Cavaliers and their fans for years to come, especially if they end up losing this series.
They were up seven points with less than one minute left, and allowing Tyrese Haliburton to get his own miss from the line and then pull up from three-point territory spelled disaster.
The Cavs led by as many as 20 points.
That’s despite not having Evan Mobley (ankle), De’Andre Hunter (thumb), and Darius Garland (toe) on the court.
Also, Ty Jerome scored 2 points on 1-of-14 shooting, missing all four of his three-pointers and grabbing just two rebounds with three assists in his spot start.
Donovan Mitchell shot 1-of-7 from beyond the arc, and he’s now a combined 2-for-18 from three through the first two games of the season.
Despite all of that, the Cavs were still in a position to win this game, so they clearly have more than enough resources to get right back in this series.
Needless to say, they will also need their best players to push through their injuries and get back on the court.
There’s no tomorrow, and there’s no point in trying to stay healthy for the next round if they don’t make it past the Eastern Conference semifinal.
