The Cleveland Cavaliers have been almost impossible to beat this season.
We’re officially past the midpoint of the campaign, yet this team continues to march strong.
As pointed out by Cavs Notes on X, they’ve just become the 14th team in NBA history to start a season 36-6 or better.
With today's 118-92 win over Phoenix, the @cavs improved to an @NBA-best 36-6 on the season, including 21-2 at @RMFieldHouse.

The win over the Phoenix Suns gave them their 36th victory of the campaign, which is the best record in the entire league.
More than that, they also have the best home record in the association, going 21-2 at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
Not many people saw this coming, perhaps not even the most optimistic, diehard Cavaliers fan.
It had become more than evident that things had run their course with J.B. Bickerstaff.
He did a good job in charge of the team, but it was time for a change.
Kenny Atkinson’s hire has been an absolute blessing for this organization.
He has managed to uphold the team’s robust defensive character established during the Bickerstaff era, while also incorporating insights gained from the Golden State Warriors’ offensive strategies.
The Cavaliers have the second-most efficient offense in the league and are the best three-point shooting team.
That’s utter dominance; there’s simply no other way around it.
Of course, the team still has flaws and could improve with some moves at the trade deadline.
But they’ve already had one of the greatest starts to a season this league has ever seen.
