Everyone is wondering what the Cleveland Cavaliers will do during the offseason.
Will they run it back next year with the exact same crew, or make some adjustments, both big and small?
One thing the Cavs need to focus on is their “championship pedigree,” according to Anthony Lima.
Speaking on 92.3 The Fan, Lima talked about how the roster can get stronger in the summer.
“They don’t have players on this team with any kind of championship pedigree. Tristan Thompson’s the only one, and he doesn’t play. I’ve talked about them needing some length; they need some athleticism. I do not think they are nearly as athletic as some of the teams that are playing right now, but they also don’t have guys that have been through it,” Lima said.
"It's so dumb to say that they need to get tougher. It is one of the dumbest things ever."

Lima gave a nice shout-out to Tristan Thompson, but he admitted that the Cavaliers need more stars who have been all the way through the playoffs.
That sort of expertise and experience will help the team reach its next level, and unless they add players who have won championships, they simply won’t have what it takes to earn a title.
However, it’s not clear which champions the Cavaliers should target this summer.
Many of them are locked down in tough contracts and don’t want to move from their teams.
They are champions for a reason, and their respective squads wish to hold onto them.
If the Cavaliers hope to have more veterans on the roster, they can surely find plenty of them, but champions are harder to come by.
Plus, adding them isn’t a guarantee of postseason success.
This could help the Cavaliers, but it wouldn’t be the solution to all of their problems.
