The Cleveland Cavaliers have the best record in the Eastern Conference right now.
They are 5.5 games ahead of the Boston Celtics for the top seed.
That’s why they can’t take their foot off the gas in the final stretch of the season.
Unfortunately, they will have to endure a tough five-game stretch right out of the All-Star break.
As shown by MitchellMuse on X, they have a road matchup with the Brooklyn Nets before hosting the New York Knicks and Memphis Grizzlies.
Then, they will hit the road again to square off vs. the Orlando Magic and Boston Celtics.

Needless to say, that game with the defending NBA champions will be crucial to their aspirations.
They’ve gone 1-2 against Joe Mazzulla’s team this season, and falling to them again would be lethal to their morale.
Fortunately for them, they might have a new X-Factor they lacked in the first three matchups.
With De’Andre Hunter now on the court, they have someone to guard Jaylen Brown or Jayson Tatum, and if Dean Wade returns from his knee injury, they will have two players to deal with them.
Also, Evan Mobley vowed to bounce back after having his worst game of the season in the last meeting with the Celtics.
Having him keep Kristaps Porzingis in check could be huge, and it would also send the right message ahead of a potential postseason meeting.
There’s still plenty of basketball to be played this season, and they can’t afford to slow down now after such an impressive start.
