Max Strus recently returned to the Cleveland Cavaliers and immediately got back to work.
On Friday night, Strus achieved an important career milestone, scoring his 600th career 3-pointer.
Strus only scored one 3-pointer during Friday night’s game against the Denver Nuggets but that was enough for him to reach this important, memorable threshold.
The team celebrated Strus on X, calling him an “1CON” and giving him the respect he deserves.

It took a while for Strus to recover from injury and be in good shape to play for the Cavaliers this season.
During his first three games of the season, he has averaged 5.3 points and 3.7 rebounds per game.
His field goal and 3-point percentages have actually dropped quite a bit from last season and he is currently shooting 35.3 percent from the field and 28.6 percent from the 3-point line.
But there is a good chance that he is just warming up and finding his footing after so many months away from the game.
When he’s at his best, Strus is a great shooter and someone who can space the floor very well.
That is why the Cavaliers signed him and he quickly earned his spot in the team’s starting five.
He hasn’t been a starter during these three games but the team is giving him time to readjust and shake off the rust.
Given his history, fans assume that this will just be the first of many 3-pointers that Strus puts up this season.
He is back, finding his rhythm, and could be a vital part of Cleveland’s offense again soon.
