The Cleveland Cavaliers took down the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday night, beating that team 111-102 in Paris, France.
The French event was a chance for the NBA to raise awareness about the league among international fans.
It also gave players like Donovan Mitchell a chance to get a good look at the city before the upcoming 2024 Olympics in Paris.
According to ClutchPoints, Mitchell talked about possibly coming back to play in the Olympics this summer.
“I’d love to come back and play the Olympics… [This is] a very electric basketball city, I realized that when I first came out here on my shoe tour… Had a lot of fun, I’m glad [Cavs] got the win as well,” Mitchell said.

The Cavaliers and Nets actually played in the very same arena that will host the basketball finals at the upcoming Olympics.
That means that Team USA could be back there in the summer, but will Mitchell be with them?
The national team hasn’t been decided yet, partly because there are many big stars that want to be a part of it this time.
LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, and other major stars reportedly want to represent America in Paris.
With such top-tier talent, including a few stars who are nearing retirement, is there room for Mitchell?
Team USA would be wise to at least consider bringing Mitchell.
The star guard is producing 27.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 5.7 assists so far this season.
On Thursday, he recorded a strong 45 points, 12 rebounds, and 6 assists against the Nets.
Mitchell and the Cavaliers will be back home in a few days but will he be flying back to France in several months to play for Team USA?
