The Cleveland Cavaliers recently suffered a harsh loss to the Portland Trail Blazers, a low point in their season and a concerning defeat that raised a lot of questions.
It was a bad night for another reason: it featured an injury for Caris LeVert.
LeVert injured his knee during the Blazers game and had to miss Cleveland’s win over the Detroit Pistons a few days later.
Now, Spencer Davies is reporting that LeVert will be out for Wednesday night’s game against the Orlando Magic.
Additionally, Dean Wade is still questionable for the game, as he is still recovering from a sprained right ankle.

LeVert is averaging 14.9 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 3.6 assists per game for the season and has been a helpful bench player, adding consistency to a roster that has been plagued by injury problems.
As for Wade, he has put up 3.1 points and 4.1 rebounds during his 13 games and 7 starts in 2023-24.
Fans of the team are disappointed to see these lingering injuries that the Cavaliers can’t seem to shake.
Multiple stars have been hurt throughout the young season and not once has the entire roster been healthy and ready to play together.
Along with LeVert and Wade, both Ty Jerome and, of course, Ricky Rubio are also out of rotation.
Thankfully, the rest of the team is in good shape, which is important because the team is about to face a challenging stretch of games.
They will face the Orlando Magic on Wednesday, followed by a road trip against the Miami Heat, Magic, and Boston Celtics twice.
While the team might not have LeVert and Wade on Wednesday, they will hopefully be back soon.
