The Cleveland Cavaliers needed all hands on deck on Wednesday night.
The team was still ailing from a tough loss to the Boston Celtics.
To make things even worse, Donovan Mitchell wasn’t going to be available because of a shoulder injury.
Even so, Kenny Atkinson’s team hit the road and took care of business vs. the Detroit Pistons.
As shown by Cavs Notes on X, five players put the team on their shoulders to get the job done.

Darius Garland scored 25 points, 18 of them in the fourth quarter, adding five assists and one block.
He also had an epic game-winning shot, which was one of his four three-pointers.
Evan Mobley bounced back from his tough outing in the loss to the Boston Celtics.
He had 30 points on 16 shots, adding nine rebounds, seven dimes, three three-pointers, and four blocks.
Max Strus had one of his best games of the season, knocking down a trio of three-pointers en route to 15 points and six rebounds.
As usually happens when either Mitchell or Garland is unavailable, Ty Jerome also stepped up, this time with 13 points, five assists, and four rebounds.
Last but not least, Craig Porter Jr. had his best game of the season, chipping in with a season-high 16 points and only missed one of his seven attempts from the field.
This was a well-rounded performance by the Cavs, and while they’ve dominated the Pistons in recent times, it was still nice to see this kind of effort on the road.
