The Cleveland Cavaliers have started the season with a 3-4 record.
It’s not as bad as fans may think due to the absence of Jarrett Allen and Darius Garland for the majority of the games to kick off the season.
However, after missing five straight games, Allen finally made his debut for the season against the Indiana Pacers.
Allen also played the Cavaliers’ previous game against the Golden State Warriors.
While it’s great news for the Cavs that Allen is back, NBA reporter Evan Dammarell recently shared via his official Twitter handle that the veteran center was frustrated by his bone bruise during the preseason.
#Cavs big man Jarrett Allen told me he was frustrated with his bone bruise during preseason since it was a setback for all the work he put in the offseason.
Allen then said he was completely exhausted after playing the Pacers. But he did get his wind back against the Warriors.

The offseason is key for any NBA player, as they use that time to hone their skills and do extremely hard work.
Jarrett Allen did the same, but his offseason workout was destroyed due to his bone bruise injury during the preseason.
Now, Allen has made his comeback, but it may take a few weeks for him to get back in top shape.
Allen also mentioned that he was utterly exhausted after making his season debut against the Pacers.
However, the 25-year-old caught his breath during the matchup against the Warriors.
In two games, Allen has averaged 11.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 1.5 assists for the Cavaliers.
Allen is shooting a phenomenal 69.2% from the field right now.
Once the veteran center is back in top shape.
Will it be enough for the Cleveland Cavaliers to clinch a playoff berth when it’s all said and done? Only time will tell.
