The Cleveland Cavaliers have struggled to get going in the 2023-24 NBA season.
In the first three games of the season, the Cavs have barely managed to win one game and convincingly lost the remaining two games.
As a result, they have a 1-2 record to begin the new season.
The Cavaliers most recently lost their matchup against the Indiana Pacers as the Cavs were outplayed 113-125 in the matchup.
Despite the loss, Cavaliers head coach J.B. Bicketstaff praised the tenacity of his players in the defeat via Bally Sports Cleveland on Twitter.
"Those guys went out and competed their tails off."

Even if a team loses a game, knowing that the head coach of the team still has their back is certainly reassuring for the roster.
Bickerstaff showed that he’s a fine head coach as he motivated his players even after the second consecutive defeat in the regular season.
Despite the loss, the Cavaliers found comfort in Evan Mobley’s excellent scoring dominance in the game.
Mobley ended the night with 33 points, 14 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 blocks in just 33 minutes.
It was a commendable effort from Mobley, but it was ultimately overshadowed by the defeat as the Cavaliers look forward to making a comeback in the remaining 79 games of the season.
Considering the Cavaliers were one of the top-four seeds in the Eastern Conference last season, the franchise will be aiming to reach the same level of success when it’s all said and done.
Can the Cavaliers turn their season around in the near future, or are they in for a disappointing run? Only time will tell.
