Is it just a matter of time before Donovan Mitchell leaves the Cleveland Cavaliers?
That is what some fans are asking right now as the team attempts to stay in the middle of the pack without several of its biggest stars.
The loss of Mitchell is very possible, but where will he go if he says goodbye to the Cavaliers?
According to Shams Charania on Run It Back, the New York Knicks could try to land the four-time All-Star.
Charania said that the Knicks are keeping a close eye on the trade market and could make a move, possibly for Mitchell.
"I could see [the Knicks] being active for sure in the trade market, they're definitely monitoring every star that could be available, could that be Donovan Mitchell."@ShamsCharania on the New York Knicks.

Charania said that the Knicks are looking good so far this season after getting off to a slow start.
Led by Jalen Brunson and Julius Randle, the Knicks are the fifth seed in the East, just one spot ahead of the Cavaliers.
They are likely looking for ways to improve their roster and have wanted another star player for a long time.
They have the money to spend and they also have quite a few players who could be used as assets in a trade.
Plus, their desire to have Mitchell is no secret.
Mitchell has been tied to the Knicks for years now.
He grew up in New York and has an affinity for the region, including the sports teams from the state.
A few seasons ago, many people thought he’d depart the Utah Jazz for the Knicks, but it was ultimately the Cavaliers who were able to make a deal and sign him.
Rumors about Mitchell moving on to the Knicks have never disappeared, even as he has done very well with Cleveland.
We may be on the verge of seeing just how serious the Knicks are about finally getting Mitchell.
