There is a good chance that the Cleveland Cavaliers will look very different in the next few months, and they could even lose star player Donovan Mitchell.
If Mitchell does plan to leave the team, the Miami Heat would be very interested in acquiring him.
The Heat are expected to have interest in Mitchell, according to Brian Windhorst via NBACentral.
But Miami should get in line because there will be multiple teams attempting to get Mitchell if he leaves Cleveland.

With an average of 27.7 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 5.5 assists per game, Mitchell is having a very strong season and would be a huge asset to any team.
There is no doubt that if it becomes clear he is leaving the Cavaliers, many franchises across the league will try to sign him.
On Monday night, the Cavaliers pushed past the Houston Rockets and beat them 135-130 in overtime.
During the game, Mitchell scored 37 points and 6 assists.
The Cavaliers have now won two games in a row, right after the news of losing Evan Mobley and Darius Garland due to injuries.
To some, this is very good news and shows the team can still win even with two of its biggest stars missing.
But does that minimize the chances of Mitchell leaving?
Even before Mobley and Garland were gone, the Cavaliers were having a tough time.
They currently sit as the sixth team in the East with a 15-12 record amidst a very tough crowd of incredibly challenging teams.
There have been rumors of Mitchell leaving the team all season long and the fact that he didn’t sign a contract extension in the summer only makes all the speculation louder.
The Heat – and many other teams – could use what Mitchell brings to the court.
But will they get the chance to sign him?
