The Cleveland Cavaliers recently faced off with the 14th-seeded Washington Wizards and, as expected, they managed to register an easy win over the struggling team.
After four quarters, the final score stood at 114-90 in favor of the Cleveland Cavaliers.
It was never a close game, thanks to the 26-point brilliance of none other than Donovan Mitchell.
After the matchup, Mitchell shared his views on the victory for the Cavaliers via Bally Sports Cleveland on Twitter.
“We’re handling our business. We came out and did what we were supposed to do,” Mitchell said.

Donovan Mitchell didn’t unnecessarily beat around the bush when talking about the Cavaliers’ phenomenal win against the Wizards.
Instead, he believes that the team handled the business as they were expected to do against one of the worst teams in the NBA this season.
Speaking of the game, Mitchell put up 26 points, 2 rebounds, and 4 assists for the Cavaliers in just 26 minutes of playing time.
Following the win, the Cavaliers are now the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference.
Moreover, they have a solid 20-15 record right now.
Another key aspect of the Cavaliers this season is the fact that they are tied with three teams with the same record in the Eastern Conference.
In layman’s terms, the Cavaliers are just 0.5 games behind the fourth-seeded Indiana Pacers, who have a 20-14 record in the East this season.
Considering the Cavaliers’ are currently missing several key players on the roster, the organization has undoubtedly done a great job of staying competitive right now and just needs another winning streak to break the top four or five in the conference.
