No one is quite sure what’s next for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Some people predict that the team will trade away Donovan Mitchell, while others think different players will be sent away.
Then there are some who believe that head coach J.B. Bickerstaff will be fired in the near future.
Sitting in with ESPN Cleveland, Brian Windhorst was asked about the most likely outcome for the Cavaliers.
Windhorst wouldn’t come out and state his opinion: “I’m afraid of this question because if I gave you an honest answer, it would be aggregated like heck.”
Windhorst continued to dodge the question but he did reveal that he doesn’t think the team will make any big moves before the upcoming trade deadline.
Q: As you talk to executives around the league, do you think it's more likely Mitchell gets traded, Allen gets traded, JB gets fired…..?

It sounds like there is a good chance of the Cavaliers going in a number of directions, according to Windhorst.
They could let go of Mitchell or other players or they could fire Bickerstaff.
Or, they could do all three.
For months, fans have been growing suspicious of the team doing something drastic this season, especially after Donovan Mitchell didn’t sign a contract extension in the summer.
As the weeks have gone on and the Cavaliers have struggled and suffered injury problems, the likelihood of big changes has only grown.
Now the front office has several options, and all of them could greatly shake up the team – and greatly anger the fans.
The New York Knicks recently started to make some moves and are reportedly inclined to make more.
They are a team that has long been rumored to want Mitchell so could they pick up the phone and call Cleveland soon?
Are we on the verge of seeing the Cavaliers transform?
Windhorst might know, but he’s not saying.
