The Cleveland Cavaliers are knocking on the door of the playoffs.
They were the first team to punch their ticket to the postseason.
So, now that they have almost locked in the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference, they must make sure to be healthy.
That’s why they shouldn’t force things with their banged-up players.
According to a report by Evan Dammarell, Ty Jerome and Dean Wade are currently questionable to face the Sacramento Kings.
Ty Jerome and Dean Wade are questionable and will likely be game-time decisions when the #Cavs take on the Sacramento Kings.
Emoni Bates, Nae'Qwon Tomlin, and Luke Travers are out.
Cleveland newcomer Chuma Okeke is available.

They will most likely be game-time decisions.
Per Dammarell, two-way players Emoni Bates, Nae’Qwon Tomlin, and Luke Travers will all be out, and recently signed Chuma Okeke will be available.
The Cavs have no need to rush Jerome and Wade back to the court.
Their backup point guard has struggled with an injury over the past couple of weeks, and he’s just too important to this rotation to risk any further injury.
As for Wade, he’s been healthy for most of the season, but he has a long history of injuries, so they should also take things lightly with him.
Of course, you always want to enter the season on a high note and riding some positive momentum, but the Cavs should still be able to compete at a high level without them.
They will need them to contribute in the playoffs, especially as they advance.
If they have to be shut down for the final stretch of the regular season to get some additional time to rest and get ready for the playoffs, so be it.
