The Cleveland Cavaliers no longer have their winning streak.
They still have the best record in the league, but they just kissed their 16-game winning streak goodbye.
The Orlando Magic beat them in a bruising, hard-fought game.
However, instead of feeling disappointed or worried about this, Garrett Bush is actually glad it happened.
Talking on the “Ultimate Cleveland Sports Show,” Bush claimed that this loss could be a blessing in disguise for Kenny Atkinson’s team.
.@Gbush91 says he's excited about the #Cavs loss because of the learning lessons that will come. The #Cavs now know that if they play like that, they can be beaten. https://t.co/9hjA1ezKrU pic.twitter.com/8SSDgXDpjI

For starters, it was the kind of physical game that would help set the tone for the playoffs, as the referees tend to let teams play through contact in the postseason, and the Cavs have struggled with physicality in the past.
On top of that, they can also watch this film and make sure to adjust for what they need to do come playoff time.
Moreover, Bush thought that this loss would humble the team and let them know that they could be beaten if they didn’t bring their A-Game to the court when it actually counts.
This all makes sense, and it wasn’t realistic to think this team was going to win out the season.
They were due for a loss at one point; this is the NBA, and anybody can beat anybody on any given night.
There’s no need to sound the alarms or believe this year’s great season has been a fluke of any kind, and the fact that they still almost won the game despite not playing well should be an encouraging sign.
