The Cleveland Cavaliers’ home is going through yet another name change.
A couple of days ago, the team announced that it would be going from Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse to Rocket Arena.
However, to some, it was never even Rocket Morgage FieldHouse.
That includes Kevin Love.
In the wake of this news, the former NBA champion took to X to make something loud and clear: That arena will always be known as ‘The Q.’

Of course, he’s referring to The Quicken Loans Arena, as the building was called when Love, LeBron James, Kyrie Irving, and company hoisted the Larry O’Brien trophy back in 2016.
That marked the greatest comeback in NBA Finals history.
It was the first – and, to this day, the only – time any team had come back from a 3-1 deficit on the biggest stage.
More than that, it also sealed the ultimate revenge, as they bounced back against the very same team that had beaten them in the NBA Finals in the prior season.
If that wasn’t enough, the Cavaliers spoiled the Golden State Warriors’ record-breaking campaign in which they won 73 regular-season games.
That’s why the fans will never forget ‘The Q.’
That’s, of course, unless this new generation of players leads the team back to the biggest stage.
There’s still plenty of basketball to be played this season, but they’ve had the best record in the league for most of the campaign, so there’s no reason to believe that can’t be the case.
Will they write history this season? Stay tuned and find out.
