Ty Jerome stepped up massive for the Cleveland Cavaliers, delivering a career-high 33 points off the bench despite the team missing key players Evan Mobley, Isaac Okoro, and Caris LeVert.
The sharpshooter’s performance against the Philadelphia 76ers was nothing short of spectacular.
Jerome’s shooting was precision personified.
He scorched the net, going 11-for-14 overall (78.6%), a perfect 8-for-8 from three-point range, and 3-for-4 from the free-throw line.
Beyond his scoring, he contributed three rebounds, three assists, and two steals in 33 minutes of action.
In a historic moment, Jerome became the 11th NBA player – and first Cavalier – to shoot a perfect 8-for-8 or better from beyond the arc.

Despite Jerome’s heroics, the Cavaliers fell short, losing 132-129 in a nail-biter.
This marked their second consecutive defeat, a rare occurrence this season.
The last time Cleveland lost back-to-back games was almost two months ago when they fell to the Hawks in late November.
The offensive firepower didn’t stop with Jerome.
Donovan Mitchell matched his season-high with an electrifying 37 points, while Darius Garland continued his steady play, dropping 26 points for the second consecutive game.
With three players scoring in double figures, the Cavaliers fought hard but couldn’t clinch the victory.
The loss stings, but Jerome’s breakout performance provides a silver lining, highlighting the team’s depth and capacity to compete even when key players are sidelined.
