The Cleveland Cavaliers have stormed into the 2024-25 season with a wonderful 9-0 record, which is an amazing feat.
It’s even more amazing beacue they have been without a few of their players due to injuries.
Now the Cavaliers are set to play against the surging Golden State Warriors and the injury report was revealed Friday morning.
According to Evan Dammarell, both Emoni Bates and Max Strus are confirmed to be out for that game.
Additionally, Dean Wade is questionable with an illness and will be a game-time decision.

Neither Bates nor Strus have played a single game so far this season.
Bates is still recovering from a surgery he had in the offseason and Strus is healing form an ankle injury.
Bates only played in 15 games with the Cavaliers last season and spent a lot of time with their G League team.
During his games on the court with the Cavs, he averaged 2.7 points.
As for Strus, he was much more consequential to the team last season and averaged 12.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 4.0 assists during his 70 games with Cleveland.
He earned a place as one of the most important players on the team and started in all of his games.
Surprisingly, the Cavaliers have done just fine without Strus and their record speaks for itself.
Beating the Warriors won’t be easy, though, because they have been on fire since the start of the season.
Many fans are excited to see the Cavaliers and Warriors doing so well once again.
Even with the several injuries, a lot of people will be tuning into Friday night’s game.
