On Friday evening, the Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Milwaukee Bucks 112-100.
During the game, Donovan Mitchell scored 32 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists while Jarrett Allen recorded 24 points and 14 rebounds with yet another double-double.
After the game, Tristan Thompson of the Cavaliers showed some love for those two players, tweeting, “These 2 should BOTH be all stars!!!!”

There are many others who think that Mitchell and Allen should be in next month’s big game because they are both having sensational seasons.
Mitchell is putting up 27.7 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 6.1 assists per game and Allen has averaged 15.2 points and 10.4 rebounds.
When the All-Star starters were announced this week, countless fans thought they’d see at least Mitchell’s name on the list.
But instead, both Mitchell and Allen were snubbed.
However, that doesn’t mean they won’t be included on the reserves list when that group is revealed on February 1.
As for Thompson, it’ll be a while before Cavaliers fans see him again.
Thompson was recently suspended for 25 games without pay after testing positive for two banned substances.
According to Chris Fedor, Thompson then delivered an apology to his teammates, showing how sorry he was for letting them down and leaving the team.
For the season, Thompson has been averaging 3.8 points and 3.9 rebounds on 64.9% from the field.
The Cavaliers will face off against the Los Angeles Clippers, Detroit Pistons, Memphis Grizzlies, and San Antonio Spurs in the days ahead.
There is a good chance they can take down at least a couple of those teams, which means they could continue their recent record of impressive wins.
No matter what happens with the All-Star Game, no one can deny that the Cavaliers have had a surprisingly strong season so far.
