It’s been quite a good month for the Cleveland Cavaliers, even without the help of Darius Garland and Evan Mobley.
Despite the Eastern Conference being incredibly competitive and stacked, the Cavaliers are now the fifth seed and have recently enjoyed an eight-game winning streak.
Kirk Goldsberry released his latest Efficiency Landscape, giving a good look at which teams are struggling and thriving over the last ten games.
He found that the Cavaliers remain one of the best teams in the league in multiple ways: sixth in offensive rating, second in defensive rating, and first in net efficiency rating.

This is very similar to Goldsberry’s previous Efficiency Landscape, which also had the Cavaliers rising above other teams.
Cleveland is 8-2 in their last ten games, beating opponents like the Brooklyn Nets, Milwaukee Bucks, Orlando Magic, and Atlanta Hawks.
Both on the road and at home, the team has been doing very well.
After eight memorable victories, they suffered their first defeat in weeks at the hands of the Bucks, who got their revenge on Wednesday night.
Now, the Cavaliers will attempt to settle the score on Friday night when they face Milwaukee again.
The Cavaliers have been doing so well, in fact, that some people question what will happen to the team when Garland and Mobley come back.
They are both supremely talented players but could their re-entry into the rotation cause adjustment issues?
Considering both players should be fully healthy and ready to play soon, it’s a question that many Cavaliers fans are asking.
Cleveland loyalists are very happy with what they have seen recently and they don’t want anything to derail the team’s recent success.
