It’s still summer for the Cleveland Cavaliers, but they are already planning ahead for next season.
In fact, they are working hard and training in preparation for 2025-26.
A new video shared by Evan Mobley on social media, via HoodiGarland on X, shows the Cavaliers relaxing but also training on a beach dune in California.
It looks like a steep dune, which means the Cavs are pushing themselves hard during the offseason.

This is great news for Cavs fans, for a number of reasons.
Firstly, it shows that the team is very close and has a tight-knit brotherhood, which will help with their chemistry and culture in the new season.
But practice on a beach is also a smart move that can keep a team in great physical shape.
It’s not easy to move up and down sandy dunes, and it will assist with stamina and energy.
For a team that often suffers some badly-timed injuries, this is wonderful because it is a great tool against fatigue and getting hurt.
The Cavaliers want to do everything they can to avoid injuries.
Last season ended in disappointment, partly because the team couldn’t stay healthy.
If they suffer another abbreviated postseason run, people will call on the front office to make changes.
This beach get-together will do a lot for Cleveland, and it looks like a great time that should create some fun memories.
But make no mistake: this California trip is going to help the team last the entirety of the lengthy 2025-26 season.
