Just days ago, the Cleveland Cavaliers were winning games back-to-back.
In fact, there was a time when they had eight wins in a row – a huge feat in such a competitive NBA.
But those days are, sadly, behind the Cavs and they are now experiencing the other side of that coin.

Cleveland fell to a short-handed Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday, losing 113-98 on the road.
This gave the team their 5th straight loss and left them with an 8-6 record.
How much longer will this losing streak go and what exactly is bothering this team and slowing them down after such a red-hot start?
“Fat Cat Mentality”
Head coach JB Bickerstaff knows why the Cavs are losing so much.
“We got kind of a fat cat mentality. We went out and won eight games in a row, everybody was giving us love and praising us, and we got really comfortable,” Bickerstaff said after Wednesday night’s loss.
Bickerstaff noted a few fourth-quarter collapses over the last few games, including one against the Los Angeles Clippers and another against the Sacramento Kings.
Both Bickerstaff and his team think they can bounce back from this skid and they know that they aren’t playing as they should be.
The good news is that they have already shown fans that they can win – losing like this shouldn’t be expected.
Still, those loyal to the Cavaliers are expecting a lot from this team and they will accept nothing but the very best.
A five-game losing streak early in the season can be accepted but the Cavaliers will need to get it together soon to convince fans that they should still be believed in.
