The Cleveland Cavaliers have struggled to find one consistent roster during the 2023-24 NBA season, and a key reason behind it is that the entire Cavs team has seemingly been bitten by the injury bug.
As a result, the Cavaliers have already tried a plethora of rotations even before reaching the midway mark in the 2023-24 NBA season.
However, there is still hope for the Cavaliers to find a solid rotation once their key players return to the roster.
Keeping that in mind, NBA analyst Tony Pesta suggested a potential rotation for the team once everyone is healthy via his official YouTube channel.
As the analyst, the ideal rotation for the Cavs will be a 12-man lineup.
It will feature Donovan Mitchell, Max Strus, Darius Garland, and Evan Mobley playing more than 30.0 minutes per game.
On the other hand, Caris LeVert, Jarrett Allen, Isaac Okoro, Georges Niang, and Dean Wade will play above 20 minutes per game for the Cavaliers.
Lastly, Craig Porter Jr., Sam Merrill, and Tristan Thompson will fill in the remaining minutes for the organization.
Considering the fact that the 12-man lineup will provide the Cavaliers with the much-needed depth in each position, the organization may turn around things in the remainder of the season.
As of now, the Cavaliers have a 16-13 record as they hold the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference.
The Cavaliers are currently 6.0 games behind the top seed in the East, which may prove to be too huge a margin to cover in the remaining games, but they can still aim for finishing as a top four seed.
