It seems that Max Strus might be the puzzle piece that the Cleveland Cavaliers have been missing for so long.
On Wednesday night, Strus helped the Cavaliers earn another win with his 14 points, 3 rebounds, and 7 assists.
He not only shot well, but he worked well with others too and he looked like a pivotal part of the team once again.
Following the game, Cavaliers writer Chris Fedor gave Strus a shout-out, saying, “I think #Cavs just need to play Max Strus all 48 minutes and see what happens. The team just looks completely different with him off the floor. It’s wild.

Strus was one of the few new recruits the Cavaliers signed in the offseason and fans were hoping he would quickly slide into the rotation and start producing immediately.
They got their wish.
So far this season, Strus is recording 14.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 3.7 assists on 42.7% from the floor.
He’s currently on the court for 35.1 minutes per game, which means he has a way to go before he’s playing the entirety of a game.
His numbers show a fairly strong step up from his production last season with the Miami Heat when he scored 11.5 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 2.1 assists.
Strus is scoring a lot and even creating some amazing dunks that get the crowd on its feet, but his impact on the team goes beyond that.
As Fedor mentioned, the Cavaliers look very different when Strus is playing and he has injected a special type of energy and enthusiasm.
Strus isn’t the only new player with the Cavaliers but he seems to be the most important one.
The Cavaliers just concluded a four-game road trip and they are now headed home for games against the Detroit Pistons, Denver Nuggets, and others.
Will Strus continue to show just how important he’s become to the team?
