The Cleveland Cavaliers traveled down to Texas on Wednesday to face off against Luka Doncic and his Dallas Mavericks.
It was sure to be a red-hot game with a lot of tough competition from both sides, as the Cavs and the Mavs have been generally playing quite well lately.
But in the end, the Cavaliers were able to overcome and head back to Ohio with the W, winning 105-90.

We could go on and on about the reasons why the Cavs won but attention needs to be paid to Jarrett Allen, who was very sound and solid throughout the match.
Fantastic on the defensive end of the court, he was also great on offense too, scoring buckets in the paint that were surrounded by pretty much every defender on the Mavericks’ roster.
Yet, he was able to get the shot off with total ease.
This is just what Allen does and it’s one of the major reasons why he’s now an All-Star player.
Allen Aiding
Allen ended the night with a score of 14 points and 6 rebounds.
But his field goal percentage is something else entirely: Allen was 85.7% from the field.
Those are amazing numbers and show that few people can slow Allen when he gets moving.
The big man is able to stop a ton of shots and is a true threat to just about any team’s offensive plans but his own offense is surprisingly strong too, making him one of the best two-way centers in the league.
Like Nikola Jokic and only a few other players, Allen seems to do it all with complete ease too.
He never looks to be breaking a sweat, even when multiple guys are attached to him and trying to shut him down.
