The Cleveland Cavaliers left jaws on the floor Monday night as they overtook the Milwaukee Bucks to bring their record to an astonishing 8-0.
The 116-114 win was obviously very close and the Cavs could have fallen short if it wasn’t for an amazing block from Jarrett Allen.
In the final seconds of the game, Allen produced a massive block on Damian Lillard, assuring victory for his team.
Following the game, Allen spoke with Spencer Davies about the moment and his singular responsibility.
“My job was just to not let him score it,” Allen said plainly, adding that he was in the perfect place at the perfect time.
So much well-deserved praise for a man that never asks for it & just does his job the best he can.

Allen added 14 points and 15 rebounds to the scoreboard for the night, earning him yet another double-double and reminding fans why he’s one of the most respected big men in the league.
Lillard was very hard to slow down during the game and scored 36 points.
It looked like the Bucks were on their way to earning a much-needed win and the Cavaliers were dangerously close to experiencing their first loss of the season.
But the team kept it together and Allen’s block led the way for a huge triumph.
Allen is averaging 15.0 points and 11.6 rebounds per game, shooting a very strong 68.6% from the field.
He is one of the many reasons why the Cavaliers look so great and hopes are high.
Cleveland hasn’t been this great in years and they are looking to keep their win streak alive.
They will next face the New Orleans Pelicans, Golden State Warriors, and Brooklyn Nets.
