Georges Niang was a huge part of the Cleveland Cavaliers’ win over the New Orleans Pelicans on Thursday night.
He scored 20 points in 21 minutes, a strong feat for the 31-year-old forward.
According to StatMuse, Niang is currently the winningest player in the 2020s, which is a fact that not many people would imagine but something he should be very proud of.

Since the year 2020, Niang has played for the Utah Jazz, Philadephia 76ers, and finally the Cavaliers.
During that time, he has seen plenty of victories, even if his teams have never gone all the way to the Finals.
He may have more wins than any other NBA star in the league during the 2020s but, like everyone else, Niang is dedicated to helping his team go as far as possible.
He entered the league in 2016 and has a career average of 8.7 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 1.2 assists.
Niang has become a reliable and strong bench player and the Cavaliers are lucky to have him.
Their depth is one of their strongest features and Niang provides plenty of it.
For most of 2024-25, Niang has scored in the single digits but he had his biggest night of the season on Wednesday with his 20-point performance.
Once again, he was able to give the Cavs exactly what they needed.
This season may be Niang’s best chance of finally earning a title.
The Cavaliers are the best team in the entire league and many fans are getting excited by the idea of them possibly going all the way to the Finals.
He’s won more games than anyone else, but can Niang finally become a champion?
