The NBA In-Season Tournament is about to kick off with the Cleveland Cavaliers playing against the Indiana Pacers.
It will be the first of many In-Season Tournament games spread throughout the month of November.
Considering it’s a new type of competition, every team in the league is trying different things with their courts.
Well, to host the Cavaliers, the Pacers showcased a new court, which was full of blue color.
Upon seeing the court via Chris Fedor on Twitter, many NBA fans shared their reactions to it.
Tonight’s court for #Cavs–#Pacers is awfully … blue. pic.twitter.com/4OC0hRxCfj

That looks horrific

This shouldn't be allowed as a regulation court.

I love it
This is at least something new and exciting. Wouldn’t want to watch them play on this court every home game but nice to mix it up like this

I’m genuinely curious if these court colors are going to affect league-wide shooting percentages, injury rates, etc. They are that aggressive.

While most fans didn’t like the new bright blue court of the Pacers, many loved the new idea.
Sure, it may be a tad bit too bright, but at the end of the day, it’s something new that some fans thoroughly enjoyed.
Anyway, speaking of the game, the Indiana Pacers are currently the favorites to win it since the Cleveland Cavaliers aren’t confirmed to enter the game at full strength.
Moreover, the Pacers currently have a better record than the Cavaliers during the 2023-24 regular season.
One thing that could tilt the game in the Cavaliers’ favor is the return of Jarrett Allen and Darius Garland to the roster.
The duo’s injury status has been upgraded to questionable, which is a piece of good news for fans.
Can the Cavaliers win the game even if the duo of Jarrett Allen and Darius Garland aren’t back? Well, the answer to that question will be delivered soon, when the two teams face off against each other.
