The Cleveland Cavaliers had a tough matchup on Sunday night, going against the Milwaukee Bucks.
The Bucks are one of the top teams in the Eastern Conference, giving fans of both teams a preview of what a potential playoff matchup might look like.
Cleveland was riding a 13-game win streak heading into this matchup, so they not only didn’t want to lose ground for the No. 1 spot in the East, but they wanted to keep their winning streak alive as well.
It was a hard-fought battle, but the Cavaliers came out on top, 112-100.

This was a highly defensive battle, and while the Cavaliers didn’t have any of their players achieve the 20-point mark, they were able to win by distributing the ball and truly playing team basketball.
The fanbase was invigorated by this win, taking to social media to give the team praise for beating another high-caliber opponent.
Cavs are unstoppable right now – 14 wins in a row is no joke! π₯π₯

If these comments are any indication, the Cavaliers faithful are more than excited to see what the team is doing right now and are hopeful for what they can accomplish in the future.
The East isn’t going to be a cakewalk in the playoffs, especially with teams like the Bucks, Boston Celtics, and New York Knicks playing as well as they are.
But, if the Cavaliers keep playing this well and relying on a deep bench to keep themselves fresh throughout games, they could be a very difficult team to beat, especially in a five or seven-game series.
