During Wednesday night’s game against the Washington Wizards, Cleveland Cavaliers star Evan Mobley scored 22 points and 8 rebounds.
It was another strong performance from the star player, who only recently returned to the team after being away for weeks because of an injury.
Following the game, Mobley told Bally Sports Cleveland how the Cavaliers found success this season.
“I feel like everyone is finding how they want to play and where they fit in at, and it’s all coming together as a team,” Mobley said.

Mobley said that he is now in the unique position of rejoining the team after they have found a really good rhythm.
He was away for weeks and the Cavaliers got a lot better during his absence.
Their success wasn’t because of Mobley’s time away but now that he’s back, he has to find a way to fit in.
Since returning to the Cavaliers, Mobley has averaged 15.8 points and 8.8 rebounds and it seems like he is only getting better.
Many people thought that the loss of Mobley and Darius Garland was going to ruin the Cavaliers but instead, the team thrived without them.
Because of that, some fans were worried that team chemistry was going to be disrupted when Mobley and Garland came back.
Certain adjustments were necessary but the team hasn’t really missed a step and is still doing very well.
That is because everyone on the roster has found out how to play together and they know what works best for them.
The Cavaliers are now finally healthy again and still charging toward the top of the Eastern Conference standings.
