The Cleveland Cavaliers are back home.
Kenny Atkinson’s team went undefeated during a four-game Western Conference road trip.
They culminated the trip with a big win over the undermanned Dallas Mavericks, and they have yet to lose a single game to a Western Conference foe this season.
It’s never easy to win on the road, much less when you play so many consecutive games away from home and in a different timezone.
That’s why, as soon as their plane landed in Ohio, Cavs star Donovan Mitchell took to X to show how excited and happy he was to return home.
“Finally back in the land,” Mitchell said.

The Cavaliers just got their 30th win of the regular season, and they’re currently on pace to match the 1996 Chicago Bulls’ 72-win record.
Of course, it’s still too early to think about that, and a lot can happen from now on, but it’s still something to keep a close eye on.
Despite all the skepticism, the Cavaliers keep doing their job and winning games.
Their strong start to the season is clearly not a fluke.
We’re just seven games away from the midpoint of the season, and they continue to go strong.
Atkinson’s team has taken the league by storm this season, and the fact that just three teams have been able to take them down this season should be more than enough to put the rest of the league on notice; it’s time they get the credit they deserve.
