The Charlotte Hornets put up a fight on Sunday but it just wasn’t enough to stop Garland and his Cavs.
LaMelo Ball scored 31 points and 12 assist, while Miles Bridges put up 19 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists.
Meanwhile, three Charlotte starters each scored 15 points each.
But, once again, the Cavlaliers had an amazing night.
Garland led his team with 25 points and 12 assists, while Ty Jerome scored 24 as a starter.
Evan Mobley chipped in with 23 points and 11 rebounds and Jarrett Allen scored 21.
Another terrific game for the Cavaliers improved their amazing record and confirmed that they are still the best team in the NBA.
But their biggest challenge is right around the corner.
The Cavaliers are now set to play against the Boston Celtics on Tuesday night.
The Celtics are 11-3 and could put an end to Cleveland’s streak.
Of course, if the Cavaliers are able to beat the Celtics that will be their most remarkable accomplishment yet.
A win over Boston will have a lot of people talking and that is exactly what Cleveland wants.
