Darius Garland of the Cleveland Cavaliers hasn’t just been sitting back relaxing during his summer break.
According to the latest video from his practice sessions, Garland has been putting a lot of time, effort, and energy into making himself an even better player for his squad.
If this really is the case then the Cavs are about to get a huge boost when the new season begins.

The latest video shows Garland practicing with some quick moves, iso plays, and all-around impressive speed and performance.
As the tweet from NBA puts it: “Darius Garland’s hesi is fire.”
Why does this matter so much for the Cavaliers in the future?
What does Garland bring and what more can he provide in the seasons ahead?
Garland’s Growing Game
Garland has been in the NBA for three seasons now and has progressively gotten better and better.
In his first season with Cleveland, he was putting up 12.3 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 3.9 assists per game.
Following that, he has seen an uptick in his performance and now averages 21.7 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 8.6 assists a game.
All of this has not only resulted in him being the star guard for his team but it also made him an All-Star in the 2021-22 season.
But the thing that is very exciting about Garland is that he still has so much room to grow – and so much time to do it.
The young man is only 22 years old and he is obviously dedicated to getting much better at the game he loves so much.
Therefore, this video and the skills he shows during it is just the beginning.
Garland could be the sort of NBA star who really does propel himself forward every season.
