The Cleveland Cavaliers will probably conclude the regular season as the top seed in the Eastern Conference, but will they end up being champions too?
Obviously, we only have predictions about that right now but Charles Barkley is convinced they will at least reach the Finals.
“The Cleveland Cavaliers are going to the NBA Finals,” Barkley said on TNT Thursday night, per ESPN Cleveland.
Barkley is very confident about his claim and has a ton of evidence to back up his belief.

Barkley admitted that the Boston Celtics are a good team and they could create a headache for Cleveland in a seven-game series during the playoffs.
But they don’t have what it takes to stop the Cavaliers and Cleveland will overpower them, and everyone else, and compete for a championship.
That isn’t a wild prediction considering the Cavaliers have a 52-10 record and are 7.5 games ahead of the second-place Celtics.
However, even though their track record is very strong, some people feel the Cavaliers are just too young and too inexperienced to push through the rest of the East.
There are some fans and analysts who think the reigning champion Celtics will be able to beat them in the playoffs.
However, the Cavaliers have held their own against Boston in the regular season.
If they have been able to beat their biggest competitors in the East a couple of times during the regular season, isn’t it believable that they will do it again during the postseason?
Barkley is certain and Cleveland fans want to believe him.
They know there are critics and doubters but they agree with Barkley.
