The NBA’s regular season has officially concluded, with six teams from each conference locked into the playoffs, while four more teams from each are on the outside looking in.
The play-in games have added another level of excitement for fans, and give prospective playoff teams another chance to make it, another opportunity to win it all.
Thankfully, the Cleveland Cavaliers don’t have to worry about their spot, as they are the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference, and will ultimately take on the worst-seeded team from the play-in games in the first round.
People didn’t expect the Cavaliers to be this dominant heading into the year, but with two separate winning streaks of 15+ games, this team showed that they could not only win a lot of games, but they could also win many games in succession.
They also made history, as Cavs Muse pointed out on X, finishing the season with a 64-18 record, the second-best in franchise history.

This iteration of the Cavaliers roster has been touted as the best since LeBron James left, giving the city of Cleveland a lot to be excited about.
Donovan Mitchell and Darius Garland were the known entities, but the Cavaliers have gotten strong production from everyone on the roster, and their depth has made them into what they are today.
It’s unclear at this time how far they’ll make it in the playoffs, but with this strong record in mind, fans are hoping they can find some postseason success and build off of what they’ve done thus far.
