Big things are ahead for the Cleveland Cavaliers – at least, that’s what the fans are hoping.
Last season was something special, with the team that’s been out of the playoff picture for years actually putting together a strong number of wins.
In fact, there were times when the Cavs were as high as the fourth seed in the East.
In the end, it wasn’t enough: injuries and a stacked conference made them miss the postseason.
But they are definitely on the verge and this upcoming season could be huge for them.
To commemorate that and celebrate the team’s youth and new identity, they have introduced a series of new jerseys for the players.
And the Cavaliers have been showing them off, testing them out, and getting ready to wear them all season long.

Cleveland’s creative director, Daniel Arsham, had some words to say about the new outfits:
“We wanted to put our players in a uniform that would make them feel strong, confident and proud to represent this new chapter of Cavaliers basketball.”
These new-look jerseys could be just the thing the Cavaliers need – but the team’s success is about more than its colors and clothing.
When you take a look at the roster, it seems like not a whole lot will be changing with the Cavaliers next season.
But that’s a good thing really.
The team was doing quite well with the lineup it had last season and only needs a few minor tweaks – as well as some good luck.
Indeed, the most important thing for this young team is that it stays healthy all season long.
The jerseys symbolize the power and potential of the squad, which is youthful and energetic and ready to take on the world.
