The Cleveland Cavaliers are the best team in the NBA, but are they “sexy”?
A sports radio host in New York recently said the team isn’t “sexy” enough, suggesting they aren’t as exciting as other squads, such as the Boston Celtics or the Knicks.
Speaking on 92.3 The Fan, Dan Dakich had a few thoughts to share about that statement.
He said it was an example of someone from another region trying to downplay how great the Cavaliers are and ultimately it doesn’t make any sense because the Cavs are a proven and powerful unit.
“If you watch the Cavaliers, they’re fast, they’re tough, they’re really well-coached. What do you want out of them?” Dakich said.
"I'm tired of people criticizing Cleveland. If you watch the Cavaliers, they're fast, they're tough, they're really well-coached. What do you want out of them?"

This has been the story all season long: even with their impressive track record, some people call the Cavaliers out and question their skills and abilities.
Even now, certain analysts wonder if the Cavaliers have what it takes to go all the way to the Finals.
Nothing is set in stone, of course, and it’s okay to question a team, but there are now so many reasons to believe the Cavaliers are the real deal.
When it comes to the debate about them being “sexy” or exciting, that’s an odd argument to make because they have had some of the most exhilarating games of the season.
Their matches against the Celtics, for example, were must-see TV.
The Cavaliers will always have people questioning them, even if they win the championship.
But Dakich and other fans and experts aren’t going to listen to that and will simply celebrate their team that is fighting so hard.
