The Cleveland Cavaliers are still the best team in basketball.
As such, they will get everybody’s best shot on any given night.
That’s why, as much as they shouldn’t find much trouble beating the likes of the Portland Trail Blazers, Chicago Bulls, Miami Heat, and Charlotte Hornets, Sam Amico doesn’t want them to rest on their laurels.
Talking on his “Full Court Cleveland” show, Amico pointed out that anybody can beat you in the NBA.

"The games that the Cavs are supposed to win they've taken care of business by and large"

However, he’s also confident in the team’s ability to get the job done since they’ve responded to adversity almost every time they’ve been challenged.
The Cavs have the best record in basketball, and they’re just a couple of wins away from securing a top-6 seed in the Eastern Conference at the very worst.
They’ve gone 2-2 vs. the defending NBA champions, and they’ve also split the season series with the best team in the Western Conference.
That should give them a massive confidence boost ahead of the NBA playoffs, as they’ve proven that they can hold their ground – and even dominate – against the cream of the crop.
Also, adding an elite defender and three-point shooter like De’Andre Hunter and another physical stopper like Javonte Green has only made them even more of a threat to the top teams in the Association.
The Cavs will obviously still most likely lose another couple of games every here and there, and they might even not bring their A-game vs. some of the bottom-feeders, but they should still do just fine.
