The Cleveland Cavaliers are the best team in the NBA right now and are doing so well that they’re surprising even the most devoted fans.
On “Jenkins And Jonez,” co-host Jonez admitted he was wrong about the Cavaliers.
Like many others, he thought the team could be good this season but he didn’t foresee them being this strong and remaining such prominent playoff contenders this far into the season.
He also added that the team was looking in fine form against the Oklahoma City Thunder the other night, proving they can take down even the most dominant and defensive teams in the league.

Cleveland’s win was impressive for a number of reasons.
Firstly, just beating Oklahoma City is a huge triumph for any team because the Thunder have been on a roll much like the Cavs since the start of the season.
But the Cavaliers were able to get by OKC’s famously tough defense, which is even more astonishing.
Plus, they did it during a game when Donovan Mitchell wasn’t looking like his regular self.
All of that added up to their most stunning win of the season and further proof of their greatness.
Jenkins and Jonez gave special praise to the frontcourt pairing of Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen, who are working expertly together and look better than ever before.
We are at the point now where fans who have always believed in the Cavaliers are constantly stunned by this team.
They had hoped for the best in 2024-25, but Cleveland is surpassing expectations.
But, can the Cavs keep it up?
A great regular season is one thing, but everyone is hoping this sort of success can continue long into the playoffs and all the way through the 2025 NBA Finals.
