The Cleveland Cavaliers are for real.
They’ve won their first 13 games of the season, and that doesn’t just happen.
Kenny Atkinson has brought some new energy to this organization, and he has the same players from last year playing at a much higher level.
That’s why Draymond Green had to tip his hat to them.
Talking to Baron Davis on the most recent edition of “The Draymond Green Show,” the four-time NBA champion raved about their ball movement (via Carter Shade).

Green also added that Darius Garland is playing at an All-Star starter level.
He also believes that Evan Mobley is finally looking like the star most scouts thought he’d be when he came out of college.
The former Defensive Player of the Year pointed out that, as much as Darius Garland and Donovan Mitchell aren’t great defenders, they’re funneling players to the frontcourt, so they must face Mobley and Jarrett Allen.
Also, with Isaac Okoro hitting shots, the Cavaliers have a borderline unstoppable lineup on the offensive end of the floor.
Green knows Atkinson very well from their days with the Warriors, so he knows just how important coaching is in turning a team around.
The Cavaliers shot 54% from the floor and 47% from beyond the arc in the win over the Warriors.
This team is now standing on a 13-game winning streak, and while some might argue that they have yet to face playoff-caliber competition, they’ve beaten some very good teams to start the season.
