With a 9-0 record, the Cleveland Cavaliers are technically the best team in the NBA right now.
But starting strong doesn’t guarantee season-long success so some fans are only cautiously optimistic about how far they can go.
Speaking on 92.3 The Fan, Garrett Bush said, ” My expectation was always Eastern Conference Finals.”
He agreed that the Boston Celtics will be a tough team to get past but he feels that this Cavaliers squad has what it takes to go all the way and anything less than that will be a disappointment.

This is something that many Cavaliers fans are feeling right now.
They expected the team to be better than they were last season but few thought they’d be playing like this.
A 9-0 start is sensational and it sets the stage for a very long and competitive season.
With that being said, there are some things out of the team’s control that could get in the way.
If injuries become a problem like they were last year, hopes of reaching the Eastern Conference Finals could be dashed.
However, the team’s bench has been playing a lot better and giving more support so the Cavaliers are in a decent position if injuries do flare up.
Cleveland is receiving a lot of praise right now because of their stellar record.
But they are also raising expectations and that means they need to continue to play at a high level all year or face some serious criticism.
A lot of fans have the Eastern Conference Finals in mind now but will the Cavaliers fulfill their dreams?
