Fans of the Cleveland Cavaliers who haven’t been watching their G League affiliate, the Cleveland Charge, might want to find a way to tune in to games.
That’s because Cleveland’s promising rookie, Emoni Bates, has repeatedly been very dominant in the G League.
He has had several outstanding games, including on Friday night when he scored 33 points and went 7-of-15 from the three-point line, according to Ballislife.

His 33 points led the entire game, and it was just the latest incredible showing from the rookie player, who is hoping to return to the Cavaliers’ bench very soon.
The fans online came out to support Bates after his latest game.
Some said the Cavaliers need Bates as soon as possible, especially after their recent tough loss to the Portland Trail Blazers.

The Michigan native was selected in the second round of the NBA draft and then made a name for himself during the Summer League.
Some fans were hoping that head coach J.B. Bickerstaff would give Bates a chance during the regular season and load him up with minutes at the start of the season.
And although he has played a bit with the Cavaliers, he has yet to break through alongside Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland, and others and has spent more time with the Charge.
The good news is that he has flourished with the G League squad.
