The Cleveland Cavaliers are coming off their seventh loss of the season, falling one point short of the Houston Rockets.
This wasn’t a disappointing loss by any means, as the Rockets are a top-tier team in the Western Conference, but it did expose a need for the Cavaliers to get some of their top players back into the fold.
Evan Mobley and Isaac Okoro have missed two straight games, and according to Spencer Davies’ recent report on X, both players will miss the clash with the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday night.
Evan Mobley and Isaac Okoro are out for the third straight game when the #Cavs take on the shorthanded Sixers tomorrow night in Philly.
Caris LeVert (wrist) again listed as questionable. Luke Travers is out on G League assignment. Everybody else is available.

Davies also pointed out that Caris LeVert is questionable with a wrist injury, but it appears that the rest of their starters and bench will be ready to go.
Donovan Mitchell and Darius Garland are healthy, which certainly helps their cause, especially since the 76ers have some injury concerns of their own.
On a normal night, Cavaliers fans might be worried about taking on the 76ers with Mobley and Okoro out, but on paper, this should be an even matchup, if not one that favors the Cavaliers.
This team has found ways to win against many opponents this year, often in situations like this when they are missing a player or two.
One of the Cavaliers’ strengths this season has been their depth, and with any luck, it’ll come in handy tonight.
They are still on pace to win 70 games, and if they want to reach that elite number, they’ll have to stay dialed in during all of their matchups moving forward.
